A good Computer

Ok... Well actually, money to put toward a good computer. I am using the same desktop that I built in 2000 after getting my first IT job. It's old. It's slow. It's time for something new. I'd prefer either a nice Mac or Macbook, but if not, I'd like to get something with a Core 2 Duo or Quad, at least 2 or 4 GB ram, and a nice large SATA or SAS hard disk or two.

Something I can dual boot and play Flight Simulator on, do my digital photography stuff, and then use for other things as well like teh interwebs, coding, etc etc.
