Fun with google video...
This is more for me, really, but I thought I would blog this and share it with those who dont read Digg.
THIS SITE has a list of the "hidden" categories that google uses to classify videos. You can use these categories to create your own searches by genre instead of just searching for keywords.
Pretty neat stuff, and another useful google hack. Enjoy! and check out the Mature Adult section (NSFW).
I was wrong about something...
Many many years ago, I watched with rapt attention every single episode of Battlestar Galactica. I had toy Vipers and Raiders and would often pretend I was Starbuck or Apollo, fighting the evil Cylons to protect the last of Humanity. So you would think that I would be so very excited about the reincarnation of the Galactica on the Sci-Fi channel.
You would be wrong. In fact, I only watched part of the pilot mini-series, and until this weekend had not bothered to watch a single episode. It just shook me to the core to imagine that Adama was not a grandfatherly type. That Tigh was not a jovial but serious man, and that Starbuck was not a womanizing, gambling, Han Solo type in a fighter. read more »

Recently the 5th and latest installment of the Harry Potter series was released, "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix." I must say... damn. This was by far the best of the series so far. I really wish I could talk at length about it, but to be honest, if I did, I would spoil it for you. So all I will say is that you MUST READ this book. That's right.
